Magic Island yacht charter in Gran Canaria: a private day at sea

The Magic Island yacht charter is a private boat hire along the southwest coast of Gran Canaria. You book the whole 18-metre yacht for your group, with space for up to 12 guests, so it suits families, friends and small celebrations. The boat departs from Puerto Base in Puerto Rico and runs as a 3-hour or 5-hour tour, with swimming, snorkelling and time to relax on the water.

What the trip is like

You sail along the volcanic coastline with the boat to yourselves. There is a top sun terrace for the Canarian sun and shaded seating when you want a break. Below deck the yacht has a small bedroom, a toilet, comfortable seating and a dining area. The 3-hour tour is a shorter trip for a swim, a snorkel and some sun. The 5-hour tour gives you more time on the coast and longer in the water.

What is included

Your charter includes snorkelling gear, a banana boat ride and paddle boards at no extra cost. There is an open bar with beer, soft drinks, water and juices, plus snacks such as chips and nuts. Lunch is available on request for €10 per person, which you mention during booking. A professional crew fluent in English and Spanish is on board throughout.

Departure and getting there

The yacht leaves from Puerto Base in Puerto Rico, Gran Canaria, at either 09:00 or 14:00. You choose your departure time during booking. Optional pick-up and drop-off is available for €2 per person, also selected during booking. Arrive at least 15 minutes before departure for a smooth start.

Booking and cancellation

You can cancel or reschedule for free up to 8 days before your trip. Within 8 days of departure the deposit is non-refundable. If the skipper calls it off for weather, you can move to another date or take a full refund. Bring swimwear, a towel and sunscreen, and have your CanaryVIP ticket ready on your phone or printed.
