The Damiluvi, private hire

A fifteen-metre catamaran out of Puerto de Mogán, hired whole with its skipper. 490 euros for three hours and 750 for five, covering eight guests, with each extra person at 50.

It is a wide, easy boat with big windows, so the coast is there whether you are on deck or inside, and the operator specifically recommends it for guests with reduced mobility and for families with young children. On a boat that matters more than any spec sheet.

Up top there is a solarium for the sun and the breeze. Partway through, the anchor goes down for a swim and a snorkel, with water sports available from the boat at a lower price than ashore.

Savoury snacks, nuts and drinks are included. A meal is not: if you want lunch on board, ask when you book and they will quote it.
