Private boat charter and fishing trips in Tenerife on the BMA X266

An 8 metre BMA X266 with a skipper, hired whole out of Marina San Miguel on the south coast. Take it as a private boat charter or as a fishing trip, with the bait and tackle already on board. Up to six guests, and you book the whole boat, so two of you or six costs the same.

There are three hours to take, either from 10:00 or from 14:00, or a full day of six hours from 10:00. An extra hour can be added to either.

On board

A 300 hp Mercury on the transom and an 8.05 m hull with a 2.55 m beam, so you clear the marina and reach open water without spending half the charter getting there.

A stainless T-top shades the console and the cockpit, with cushioned seating on the bow, a bench across the stern and a synthetic teak deck underfoot. Inside the console there is a compartment with a marine toilet, a washbasin and room to change, and there is a shower on deck for after a swim. A fridge and a cool box keep the drinks cold.

Fuel is included, along with water, soft drinks, beer and something to eat. On the full day there is cava as well, and the snack becomes lunch.

Fishing trips on the X266

The same boat also goes out as a fishing charter, and that version arrives with bait and tackle already aboard. The T-top carries rod holders, the deck has two reel sockets, and the helm has a sonar alongside the chartplotter.

Everything else is the same: the same six places, the same three-hour and six-hour slots, the same drinks and snack.

Where it leaves from

Marina San Miguel, in San Miguel de Abona, on the south coast of Tenerife. Arrive at least 15 minutes before your departure time. There is parking at the marina.
