The jet ski circuit in Tenerife is a short, fast session on a marked loop of open water near Puerto Colón in Costa Adeje. It is not a guided coastal tour or safari: the circuit is a buoyed course set up close to the shore, between the marina and Playa Fañabé, and you ride around it at your own pace for 20 minutes. Instructors supervise the area, so it suits people who want a quick burst of jet skiing without committing to a half-day trip.

What the circuit is like

You ride a modern Yamaha jet ski, which is stable and easy to handle, around a loop marked out with buoys at sea. The session lasts 20 minutes, and you can go round as many times as you like in that time. It works well solo, with friends, or as a couple, and it is a good way to try jet skiing if you are short on time. No previous experience is needed.

What is included

Each session includes the jet ski, fuel, and a life jacket for every participant. Before you start, the team runs a safety briefing so you know how everything works, and qualified instructors supervise the circuit throughout. Photos, videos and gratuities are not included.

Location and getting there

The circuit runs in the ocean off Puerto Colón, one of the main marinas in Costa Adeje. You can walk or take a taxi, or use the free boat pick-up from several nearby beaches: Playa de Troya, Playa Fañabé, Playa Torviscas, Playa del Duque, and Puerto Colón itself. You choose your pick-up beach during booking, and a boat brings you to the starting point.

Who can ride and what to know

Drivers must be at least 16, with written parental consent. Younger participants from age 7 can join as passengers with an adult, and you should be comfortable in the water. The activity is not suitable during pregnancy. Please arrive 30 minutes before your booked time, avoid heavy meals beforehand, and bring swimwear, a towel and sunscreen. Your shoes and belongings are stored safely during the ride.

Booking and cancellation

Sessions run daily with multiple time slots, and confirmation is instant. You can cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before your session. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before, and no-shows, are non-refundable. If the activity is cancelled due to weather or safety conditions, you get a full refund.
