Jet ski from Puerto Colón, Costa Adeje

Puerto Colón is the marina you can walk to from most of the southern resorts, and that is the reason this is the busiest jet ski departure on the island. You get a briefing and your kit at the marina, then follow a monitor out along the Costa Adeje coast.

Forty minutes, one hour, two or three

This is the departure with the widest choice of lengths: forty minutes, one hour, two hours or three. Forty minutes is a taste of it and stays close in. Two and three hours put real coast behind you, and they are the ones worth booking if you already know you like the machine.

Each departure takes twelve riders. Where you actually ride is decided on the day: wind, swell and the port's instructions set what is safe, and that is normal on any jet ski safari.

Getting there

You make your own way to Puerto Colón. From Fañabé, Torviscas, Playa de las Américas, Los Cristianos or La Caleta that is a short hop, and the marina has parking.

Riding it

No licence. The ride is guided from start to finish and begins with a safety briefing. One jet ski carries a driver and a passenger, and the price is per jet ski.

You ride alone from 18. At 16 or 17 you can drive with an adult on the back and a parent's signed consent. Passengers from seven, with an adult.
