Booking and Reservation Details
Making Your Booking
- Eligibility and Authority: The individual making the reservation must be at least 18 years old and possess the authority to bind all participants to these terms.
- Accuracy of Information: Providing accurate, complete details at the time of booking is crucial for us to deliver the exceptional service you expect. This includes personal information for all participants, specific needs, and any preferences or requirements. CanaryVIP is not responsible for errors in the information provided by the customer, such as incorrect names, contact details, or selection of activities. Changes due to customer errors may result in cancellation without refund, depending on the terms of the local operator.
- Some excursions may have additional age restrictions, health requirements, or special conditions set by the excursion provider. It is the customer’s responsibility to review these conditions before booking. Failure to meet these requirements may result in denied participation without refund.
- For excursions involving motor vehicles (e.g., quad safari, buggy safari, or any activity requiring the operation of a motorized vehicle), participants must:

❌ Provisional, temporary, or learner’s permits will not be accepted.
❌ Digital copies or expired licenses will not be accepted.
⚠️ If a participant fails to present a valid driver’s license at check-in, their participation will be denied, and the booking will be considered a no-show with no refund issued.

- Chargebacks & Payment Disputes: Customers agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes without first contacting CanaryVIP for resolution. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in a permanent ban from using CanaryVIP services. Additionally, any fees associated with an unjustified chargeback will be the responsibility of the customer.

No Show Policy
- No refunds will be issued for no-shows under any circumstances. However, exceptions may be considered in cases of verifiable force majeure events, ONLY including:
- Flight cancellations with official airline documentation.
- Serious medical emergencies requiring hospitalization, with a medical report.
- Government-imposed travel restrictions that prevent participation.
⚠️ Personal inconveniences, including but not limited to flat tires, transportation delays, or scheduling conflicts, DO NOT qualify as force majeure.
