The Siam Park VIP Villa: a private villa with an all-day Fast Pass
The Siam Park VIP Villa is the top tier at Siam Park in Tenerife. You get a private Thai-style villa for the day, an all-day VIP Fast Pass for every ride, and unlimited food and drinks, all in one rate. The villa is priced for 8 guests and fits up to 12, so it suits families, groups and celebrations. It sits in Costa Adeje, the same water park known for the Tower of Power and the Mai Thai River.
What the villa includes
Your villa has plush sofas, sun loungers, a private terrace with a jacuzzi, a private shower and fresh towels. Inside there is a lounge with a TV, climate-control fans, a minibar and a safety deposit box for your valuables. Food and drinks are unlimited across the park restaurants, including soft drinks, beer, water and ice cream.
Skip the queues with the VIP Fast Pass
The villa comes with an all-day VIP Fast Pass. You get priority access at every attraction, so you spend the day on the rides rather than in the queues.
Getting there and opening hours
The park runs a free Siam Park shuttle bus with pick-up points across Tenerife. You choose your pick-up point during booking. Siam Park is open every day except 25 December and 1 January, from 10:00 to 18:00 in summer and 10:00 to 17:00 in winter. You can see all Siam Park tickets here and find the park on Google Maps.
Pricing, group size and cancellation
The villa rate covers up to 8 guests. You can bring up to 12 people, with an additional fee per person beyond the first eight. Cancel at least one month before for a full refund. From one month up to 7 days before, a 60% fee applies, and within 7 days of the date the booking is non-refundable.

A fantastic family day. The fast pass is worth it, because lines run from half an hour to a good hour, though things move better around lunchtime. All the rides are good, the food is standard park fare but there is plenty of it, and there are toilets and lockers everywhere; the wave pool is impressive.
Día fantástico en familia. El fast pass merece la pena, porque las filas van de media hora a una hora larga, aunque a la hora de comer se avanza mejor. Las atracciones están todas muy bien, la comida es la típica de parque pero abundante, y hay baños y taquillas por todas partes; la piscina de olas impresiona.
My sixteen-year-old had wanted this for ages, and it was heaving. Reading up beforehand paid off: we got there for opening, took lockers at the back and bought fast passes, not something I normally do, then walked past people facing an hour in line while we barely waited. Lifeguards were attentive, the park spotless, food and drink reasonable.
Good for adults and children alike. We bought Fast Passes this time and they were worth it, walking onto several rides with barely a wait; everything was clean and the staff seemed to enjoy their work. It can feel chaotic given how popular it is, so come early, sort your locker and get the passes if the budget allows.
The reputation is deserved and we had a fun day. Go for the All Inclusive package: you can eat and drink when you like, within a few limits, and the fast pass has no cap on it.
Beautifully designed and thrilling from the outset, with tropical planting, clear water and rides that run from steep drops to lazy rivers. Safety standards are high, the staff are friendly, and the Mai Tai River and wave lagoon stand out. In peak season it heaves, so arrive early or take a Fast Pass and expect crowds.
