📜 Cancellation Policy

For any cancellations by the customer, please contact us.

Shared Excursions:

• 24 Hours or More Before Departure: If you cancel 24 hours or more before the excursion departure, you will be refunded 90% of the total booking amount. The remaining 10% covers administration and processing fees.
• Less Than 24 Hours Before Departure: No refund will be provided for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the departure time.

If an excursion is canceled due to force majeure or not meeting the minimum number of participants, CanaryVIP will offer an alternative date. If no agreement is reached, a full refund will be provided.

Private Charters and Events:

• Force Majeure: A full refund will be provided if the cancellation is due to force majeure (company operational issues, sea conditions, accident, or death).
• 30 Days or More Before Departure: A 90% refund will be given for cancellations made 30 days or more before the departure date.
• 15 to 30 Days Before Departure: A 50% refund will be provided for cancellations made between 15 and 30 days before the departure date.
• Within 15 Days Before Departure: No refund will be given for cancellations made within 15 days of the departure date.

No refunds will be provided for late arrivals or changes to the itinerary due to seasickness.
