As part of Tu Nido Tenerife, one of the top real estate agencies in Tenerife with over 20 years of experience in real estate and property construction, we have been offering unforgettable experiences in the Canary Islands since 2010.

Our company has been dedicated to construction in Tenerife since 2003, building a strong foundation in the real estate sector. In 2010, we expanded our services under the name Tu Nido Tenerife, operating from an office in Playa Fañabé. As our business grew, we relocated to Plaza Fañabé and later expanded with a second office in Vista Sur. Today, our new headquarters are located in Madroñal de Fañabé, where both Tu Nido Tenerife and CanaryVIP operate, continuing to provide top-tier services to our clients.

In 2024, we made the strategic decision to separate our activity and excursions business from Tu Nido Tenerife, giving birth to CanaryVIP as a standalone brand exclusively dedicated to tourism experiences in the Canary Islands. While Tu Nido Tenerife remains a well-established name in the real estate Tenerife sector, CanaryVIP has rapidly grown into a leading online brand, making it easier than ever for visitors to book incredible activities, tours, and adventures across the islands.
