Private Boat Charter

• Up to 72 Hours Before Departure: You can cancel your booking for free up to 72 hours before the scheduled departure time. Cancellations made less than 72 hours before departure will result in the loss of your deposit.

Shared Trip

• Up to 48 Hours Before Departure: You can cancel your booking for free up to 48 hours before the scheduled departure time. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before departure or in the event of no-shows will result in the loss of your deposit.

Full refunds or alternative dates are offered for cancellations due to adverse weather conditions or insufficient participants.

No refunds will be provided for late arrivals or changes to the itinerary due to seasickness.

• 3 and 4 Hour Charters: Whale watching and anchoring in a bay for snorkeling and swimming.
