Freebird One Bootsfahrt auf Teneriffa: Wal- und Delfinbeobachtung
Der Freebird One ist ein Katamaran, der entlang der Südküste Teneriffas fährt, um Wale und Delfine in freier Wildbahn zu beobachten. Er gehört zu den beliebtesten Bootsausflügen auf Teneriffa und legt täglich von Puerto Colón in Costa Adeje ab. Sie wählen aus drei Tourenlängen, alle mit unbegrenzten Getränken und Essen an Bord sowie einer mehrsprachigen Crew, die die Meerestiere beim Segeln erklärt.
Welche Tour passt zu mir
Es gibt drei Optionen. Die 2-Stunden-Tour fährt montags, mittwochs und freitags um 11:00 Uhr ab, mit unbegrenzten Getränken und einem Badestopp in der geschützten El Duque Bay (kein Transfer). Die 3-Stunden-Morgentour fährt täglich um 10:00 Uhr ab und verbindet Delfin- und Walbeobachtung mit einem Badestopp. Die 4,5-Stunden-Nachmittagstour fährt täglich um 13:00 Uhr ab und segelt bis zu den Klippen von Los Gigantes und der Bucht von Masca, mit Mittagessen inklusive.
Was ist an Bord enthalten
Jede Tour beinhaltet unbegrenzte Getränke: Wasser, Softdrinks, Bier und Sangria. Sandwiches werden serviert, auf Wunsch mit vegetarischer Option, und die Nachmittagstour umfasst zusätzlich ein Mittagessen. Für mehr Komfort können Sie nur bei Ankunft am Boot auf ein balinesisches Tagesbett upgraden, für 25€ pro Bett, je nach Verfügbarkeit (Vorabreservierung nicht möglich). Die Crew spricht mehrere Sprachen und erklärt während der Fahrt Wissenswertes über Wale, Delfine und die lokale Meeresumwelt.

Der Katamaran legt an Steg 10 in Puerto Colón ab. Kostenloser Hotelabholservice und Rücktransfer ist bei der 3-Stunden- und 4,5-Stunden-Tour aus ausgewählten Orten in Südteneriffa inbegriffen; Sie wählen Ihren Abholpunkt bei der Buchung. Wenn Sie bevorzugen, können Sie direkt nach Puerto Colón fahren. Kommen Sie in jedem Fall mindestens 10 Minuten vor Abfahrt an.

Salió una travesía preciosa, con su baño y sus ballenas, pero lo que nos ganó fue el trato: al peque lo trataron como si fuera el capitán del barco. Gracias a Luis, a Edu y a Andre. Lo recomiendo sin dudarlo.
Dolphins, whales and turtles all turned up, and we stopped at a beach for a swim. Soft drinks, beer and sangria came with it, and there was music and singing going on the whole way. The staff made it. Recommended if you are visiting.
I had worried about getting on and off the catamaran, and it turned out to be no trouble at all. No seasickness either, though I did take a tablet first. Pilot whales came close by; no dolphins, but nobody had promised those. Good crew, and a trip I would recommend.

Die Crew an Bord war gut drauf, Kapitän Denny ist ein Spaßvogel. Unterwegs haben wir einen Vogel gerettet, dazu Delfine und einen Wal gesehen. Alles in allem empfehlenswert.
My kid took a turn at the wheel and the food was excellent. Pilot whales came by, the cliffs were something else, and the swim was chilly but fine once you were in. Pick a clear, sunny day if you can; the seats are comfortable and the crew looked after us.
Friendly, well-informed crew who could not have been more gracious, and the catamaran itself was clean and properly stocked. All round it was a good outing.
Pilot whales showed up on our short sailing, though the dolphins stayed away that day. The staff were so friendly that they made it special anyway.
