Pedro and his team put together a perfect morning: flying fish, pilot whales, the Los Gigantes cliffs and a swim off Masca. We came away feeling we had done something special.

A good trip out on the water, with whales and dolphins in sight. We got into the sea at Los Gigantes, and we would happily do the whole thing again.

We got a great crew, the captain above all. You could tell it genuinely interested him as he talked about the dolphins we came across, about the cliffs and about the Masca gorge.

A magical outing, one to suggest to anyone passing through Tenerife. The skipper and his mate are enthusiasts, warm and attentive; our children felt at ease the whole way. Plenty of commentary too, in several languages including French.

Alejandro and Mauro run things with real warmth and make sure nobody feels out of place on board. We saw several marine species and swam in a lovely cove. If you get seasick easily, take something before you set off.

Alejandro y Mauro llevan el barco con mucha simpatía y consiguen que nadie se sienta incómodo a bordo. Vimos varias especies marinas y nos bañamos en una cala estupenda. Si te mareas con facilidad, hazte con algo antes de salir.

We left on time and Pedro and his mate kept at it until they found a family of pilot whales, with plenty of time to watch. A swim under Los Gigantes followed, with floats for anyone who wants one and a drink on board. The missing star is for the parking at the dock, not for them.

Puntuales al salir, Pedro y su compañero no pararon hasta dar con una familia de calderones y hubo tiempo de sobra para verlas. Después, baño bajo Los Gigantes, con corchos para quien los necesite y algo de beber a bordo. La estrella que falta es por lo difícil que es aparcar en el muelle, que no es cosa suya.

We set out from the port of Los Gigantes towards open water, where pilot whales and a few turtles appeared. A stop in a small bay followed, with a swim. An exciting trip and one I would suggest, with punctual, kind and easy-going staff.

Partenza dal porto di Los Gigantes verso il mare aperto, dove abbiamo trovato balene pilota e qualche tartaruga. Poi sosta in una baietta per il bagno. Gita emozionante e da consigliare, con uno staff puntuale, gentile e alla mano.
